The newest member of the Fantastic Four - Bubble Girl!

The new 'Fantastic Four' game for PS2 is just another game where you can beat up thugs.
Based on the summer blockbuster, the game features the "Fantastic Four' crew (Human Torch, the Thing, Mr.Fantastic and Invisible Girl) and such villains as Dr. Doom and Mole Man. In the game, the characters have great fighting moves that will have you on the edge of your seat. From hyper beams to drop kicking....these moves are great!
Unfortunately, 'Fantastic Four' is infuriating from time to time. For one, thugs and bad guys get VERY annoying when you're trying to complete an objective. It is understandable if there's a few guys here and there but swarms of them attacking you from every angle? That's just aggravating.
Another disappointment was the graphics. The graphics were very similar to other Activision PS2 games, such as Spiderman 2. The graphics were very mediocre and not very realistic at all.
For the most part, 'Fantastic Four' was fun and entertaining. A really enjoyable way to play this game is to do so with a friend on co-op missions. It's very amusing playing it together as a team. At times, missions can be tough to beat both single-handed and/or in co-op. Some of the reasons that it's sometimes hard to beat is because of the swarms of thugs, there's no indication on how to complete an objective and because of the intense battle scenes. The fact that there were no checkpoints during certain phases in the game if irritating as you can waste all your lives and have to play the whole mission over again from the beginning. Then again, the amazing moves make up for some of the game's problems.
Overall, 'Fantastic Four' was okay and is worth renting though it could have been much better.
